Mr. Carr’s practice concentrates on complex civil litigation, criminal law and liquor licensing. His practice encompasses contract disputes, personal injury matters, and criminal defense. Prior to commencing his private practice, Mr. Carr served as Deputy District Attorney for Adams County, giving him substantial trial experience and knowledge of criminal matters. Mr. Carr has trained members of the Adams County Sheriff’s Department in courtroom procedure.

Mr. Carr has tried over 45 trials to verdict, including first-degree murder. His major criminal trials have consisted of murder, assault, drug possession, kidnapping, vehicular assault, burglary, and stalking. His major civil trials have consisted of premise liability, assault, battery, and intentional interference with contract.
Mr. Carr has assisted clients with obtaining numerous liquor licenses including: Retail liquor store, hotel and restaurant license, tavern license, limited winery license, private hotel and restaurant license, importer license and wholesale license.
